9.1?To accommodate your additional travel needs, we offer ancillary services including paid seat selection, mileage-redemption seat selection and pre-paid baggage services, which you may purchase at your discretion. Separate fees apply to such services and are not included in the base fare.
9.2?If you need to change or cancel pre-booked ancillary services for personal reasons, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will process your change or cancellation in accordance with the applicable terms of the ancillary service you purchased.
9.3?Where your ticket is subject to involuntary change or refund due to flight delay, flight cancellation or denied boarding resulting from overbooking; or where purchased ancillary services cannot be delivered as agreed due to aircraft type change, system restrictions or other operational reasons, you may apply for full cancellation and refund of such ancillary products, which we shall process accordingly.
9.4?After ticket purchase, you may select standard complimentary seats or opt for paid or mileage-redemption seat selection services as applicable.
